Intro to Art

Service Description

The is a 12 week introductory class meeting for an hour ounce a week. Students will gain the understanding of the elements of art and their importance because they are the building blocks of composition. Students will have an understand on how they can organize their elements through the principles of design. Students will gain a good understanding of the elements, they will begin to consciously think about movement, rhythm, balance, variety, contrast, unity, repetition, and emphasis. These lessons will develop both their understanding and their skills and will take their work to the next level.
